Are you ready to radiate from your core? Join Julia and Hannah for this 3-day, 2-night escape to the beautiful Angels’ Rest Retreat Center in the Berkshires.
We’ll start our day with a strong Pilates & Vinyasa yoga practice focused on building core strength and awareness. Spend the day reconnecting to center by hiking, lounging by the pool, or meditating in the woods. In the evening, we will unwind through a restorative yoga practice and writing reflection. Be nourished from the inside out with organic and local vegetarian meals. By the time we leave on Sunday you will radiate from your physical, mental, and spiritual center! All levels of Pilates and yoga experience welcome.
Angels’ Rest “rests” in the heart of nature in the small, peaceful, town of Leyden, MA. The Center boasts hiking trails to beautiful views on the property, a Thai Spirit House, Mayan/Peruvian ceremonial fire holder, meditation bench, fire circle, Peace Pole, jacuzzi and pool.

Shared Room and Bath: $500/person. Share a room with your friends and fellow participants and enjoy the view of the neighboring meadow and luxury pool.
Private Room and Bath: SOLD OUT $650. Queen or King bed with personal bathroom. Can be occupied by one for the listed price, or two people for $500 each.

Hannah Adams is a Boston-based 500hour RYT, Balanced Body certified Pilates Mat and Reformer instructor, Reiki master, Alexander Technique practitioner, and an overall body nerd. She has spent the last few years studying and teaching between India, Guatemala, Peru, and Boston. She leads teacher trainings and workshops on functional anatomy, arm balancing, and breath based movement, along with her public vinyasa classes at Down Under School of Yoga. Her teachings are noticeably grounded in her background of Pilates, dance, and the Alexander Technique, centering around whole body movement with a strong concentration on breath awareness, core strengthening, and spiritual rejuvenation. Hannah’s classes will leave you feeling centered physically and mentally, a bit sore in the core, open in the hips, with a broader sense of breath space and ease in diaphragmatic movement.
